These last couple years have taught me much. In my 62 years I’ve always been open to learning and sharing! Doing great adventures has taught me how many couldn’t do what I do, because of horrible pain. We will dig deep into pain. Learning what works and how we can use these solutions in our own life. So that more can have and experience a truly epic life. Enjoy the journey!
