We are once again joined by Sarah from Maison de Macarons for a historic beer and macaron pairing. 

In this episode, we pair a saffron and almond macaron with Spirit Animal, a sour pale ale, from Blue Owl and a hot chocolate macaron with the legendary Convict Hill, an oatmeal stout, from Independence Brewing.

We talk about sours, cookies, beer, and France.
