This past Sunday, Grace Gospel Fellowship celebrated 40 amazing years as a church! We celebrated what God has done within the church, and what He has done through the church to impact so many! Pastor Kent W. Clark took to Romans 8 to navigate the 5 golden links of our spiritual biography. 1. He Foreknew Us - Before the foundation of the world, God knew us intimately. God loved us! 2. He Predestinated Us - There are no accidents. God chose us! Everything happens according to how God wants it to happen. We were lead to Him through our experiences, and He used even our worst moments, and turned them to good! 3. He Called Us - God gave us the sight to see how bad we are. We are all sinners and we all fall short! God regenerated us, giving us new spiritual life! 4. He Justified Us - We are all lawbreakers. And every one of our sins have been paid for! Not by our own doing, but because of what Jesus Christ has already done for us on the tree of the cross! He justified the demands of His own law, so that we could spend eternity with Him! 5. He Glorified Us - Because of what God has done, we need not fear death! "Absent with the body, present with the lord"; it only gets better from here!
