This past Sunday, Grace Gospel Fellowship celebrated 40 amazing years as a church- We celebrated what God has done within the church, and what He has done through the church to impact so many---Pastor Kent W. Clark took to Romans 8 to navigate the 5 golden links of our spiritual biography.--1. He Foreknew Us - Before the foundation of the world, God knew us intimately. God loved us---2. He Predestinated Us - There are no accidents. God chose us- Everything happens according to how God wants it to happen. We were lead to Him through our experiences, and He used even our worst moments, and turned them to good---3. He Called Us - God gave us the sight to see how bad we are. We are all sinners and we all fall short- God regenerated us, giving us new spiritual life---4. He Justified Us - We are all lawbreakers. And every one of our sins have been paid for- Not by our own doing, but because of what Jesus Christ has already done for us on the tree of the cross- He justified the demands of His own law, so that we could spend eternity with Him---5. He Glorified Us - Because of what God has done, we need not fear death- -Absent with the body, present with the lord-- it only gets better from here---Here's a highlight from our 40th anniversary Sunday service-
