Can we be very honest.... it was hard to show up for this podcast! Our storage on our phones and our emotional 'storage' is full to the brim!

But we did show up and it was great to talk through some of the issues we are finding hard and the minute and as soon as we begin to chat things through we found ourselves laughing in no time!
