Hi, here we are, 1 year on … This journey has been far from easy over the past few months since we were last here talking about it (last season) but we’ve made a lot of progress mentally and physically, and we want to share this with you as we believe that seeing other people in a similar situation come out the other side is a massive confidence boost and can really spur you on to start recovery. Recovery is the best decision we ever made, and we hope for nothing more than for you to make that decision too. We all DESERVE food freedom. We love you ❤️❤️
