When Lauren and Vanessa opened their first studio in Clarendon in 2012. they set out to create a method of barre class that actually made them sweat without feeling like they were working out. The duo outgrew their studio and, ever evolving. expanded to balance their barre technique with more cardio and strength offerings. Their second studio offers a unique blend of 4 fitness disciplines offering hybrid classes that complement each other perfectly.
