Robert “Bucky” Flores, is the current coordinator of Launching Emerging Adults Program (LEAP). Raised in a multicultural home with diverse childhood and adult experiences, Bucky, can be described as a connector with an observational and analytic approach to collaborative planning and problem solving.A combined 15 years of work experience in therapeutic residential programming, wilderness therapy, outdoor education, and public school settings, Bucky, has a diverse foundation in therapeutic programming and educational programming.
