Why should a continent choose to be perpetual beggars in the face of wealth, enviable resources and massive aids? Such is the fate of Africa. While the continent is rich, the wealth is not actualized because the process was cut-short when the indigenous cultures were supplanted with that of the colonials, thus caging the Africans' to remain embryonic.
