For over a decade now, Madison Public Library’s Bubbler program has brought resident artists into neighborhood branch libraries to share their craft and art.  Now, though, the Bubbler program wants you to be the artist … and the subject.   “Our Town Everywhere” is a citywide project where you get to paint your own portrait, and have it exhibited at the library.  No experience with the visual arts, you say?  No worries, the Bubbler has you covered.  Joining us in the studio now is Carlee Latimer, Bubbler Assistant with the Madison Public Library.
