"Time is folded on itself."

This insight was given to me by a medium a few years ago from a tall grey who was in my surroundings. They have also shared a few times that they perceive us as their ancestors, or "antecedents".

I have been reflecting on this recently in relation to AI, strata/densities, time, technology, frequencies, and increased instances of the paranormal and have found a parallel between our trajectory and the nature of The Phenomenon.

What I discuss in this episode may help others categorise their experiences better through understanding how altered states of consicousness allow for accessibility and contact from NHI due to their strata of origin being more of a liminal space between physical and non-physical states.

I have noted that there is a direct relationship between frequency attunement and altered states of consciousness. Given technological advances and high-level use of frequencies on the planet, I believe we are experiencing more instances of 'high strangeness' such as the Mandela Effect, ESP, OBEs, UAP sightings, etc. It is as though these influences are causing an acceleration of 'time' and also an ascension in tandem. I perceive this via direct experience of channelling a 'data stream' and corroborating my perceptions with the studies of others, as well as with intuitions I receive.

There have been reports of programs which use energy forms and frequencies to 'hack' human consciousness. I believe what has been done on an individual/group basis through research and experiementation is now being experienced collectively.

I believe time will become more 'fluid' as we 'ascend' with synchronicities occuring more frequently due to overlapping timelines and other synchronising elements. I have already begun to experience this, as have others. Eventually, it may begin to feel increasingly abstract as it time appears to 'collapse' into what someone called Naya once termed 'now time'. 'Now time' is a space from which other points in the past and future are accessible. Space travel is also easier from this state or 'strata', as explained in the episode. 'Now time' becomes increasingly part of our sense of reality as we ascend through these strata, and as a result we have glimpses and can experience phenomena and states which become an embodied reality post-death. I have discussed previously a space from where you can access different points in time and lives; you have vast vista before you, and can 'jump in' by focusing your consciousness into that 'rule set', etc.
