Ongoing transformation is one of the spiritual blessings of our salvation in Christ. We can all be transformed into the image of Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit and the word of God in our hearts. However, this will not happen automatically. We must pay attention to God and to ourselves. Through proper discernment, we must learn how to reject what is evil and cooperate with God in bringing about what is good, pleasing, and perfect in His eyes.
