Psalm 146:1-10.

Princes, politicians, and presidents all offer the hope of 'the good life' if we would just align with them. But the psalmist reminds us that 'the good life' we long for can only be found in the LORD who reigns forever. Men are dust and there is no salvation in them. But the good life we were created to enjoy can be found in the good news that life with God is available to all who put their faith in the life, death, and resurrection of King Jesus. Jesus will reign forever and in Him alone we find our ultimate hope.
