It's human to want definitive definitions about who God is and what He's like. However, the more we learn about God, the more we learn that we don't know much about Him at all. Unlike the gods of the ancient world who were defined specifically for their individual roles, our God is beyond human definition and understanding. He's too vast, too lofty and too undefinable.
