Many people don’t

understand, and ask a question: which of our wishes come from God, and which

come from the flesh? There are different extremes people can go into:

some people ask God even about smallest details what things to put on, what

cook for breakfast and which toothpaste to buy. Others want God to fulfill their wishes, they sincerely

believe that God will do everything. Others don’t tell God about their

wishes. And it’s not the end of the list.

God doesn’t want to be our gopher boy, who exists just to do what

we want. But He also doesn’t destroy or erase our dreams and wishes we come to

Him with.

God opens His heart to the person who is absolutely opened to Him

in friendship.
