Graduation time is just around the corner and Tennessee Highway Patrol Lt. Bill Miller says parents who host graduation parties where there's alcohol and underage drinkers need to know they're also responsible if something bad happens.
Lt. Miller also says with all the options available, there's NO excuse to drink and drive, or to ride with someone who has been drinking.
