We were also joined by Dr. Don Trahan, Jr., a renowned global diversity practitioner, keynote speaker, and experienced professional who has worked in various sectors such as higher education, nonprofits, corporates, and the US Government. Radio Los Angeles and a radio host, discussed the topic of developing mental endurance, which entails cultivating daily habits that build mental strength while letting go of negative habits that hinder personal growth.
