this is probably one of the truest phrases i’ve ever heard because it happens to me all the time. if i want to end a friendship, i block and delete everything about the other person and it’s like they don’t exist. this happens with my siblings too sometimes which isn’t good. since they don’t live with me i forget that they exist sometimes and it makes me feel like a terrible person. anyway, this episode is all about “out of sight, out of mind”, the psychology behind it, if it’s a good thing or not, and how it could cause more problems in some cases.
