In this first episode, I am going to tell you a little bit about me and my story and what I want to accomplish with my podcast. I have so much to say and I want to help people who have gone through similar experiences navigate through the tough times and maybe we can save someone from going through the horrible trauma we went through. I had people here and there but I did most of this on my own and I am so damn proud of the person I am becoming and what we have overcome.
