I’m bringing you the very first episode of my new segment, Out of the Zone. This is something I’m doing all year long, and I am so excited… and a little nervous… to share it with you.

This segment is all about stepping out of my comfort zone. Each month, I’ll challenge myself to do something that pushes me in a new way, and I’ll share my journey with you. Sometimes the challenges will be small, and sometimes they’ll be BIG. Either way, my goal is to grow and encourage you to take a step out of your comfort zone too.

Welcome to the 'before' thoughts. These are all my hesitations about why this particular task seems so daunting at times, but I am committed to accomplishing something new.
