The Apostle Paul speaks to an audience of political leaders who are responsible for deciding his fate. Rather than pander, Paul doubles down on sharing the gospel message. In the eyes of these leaders, Paul’s testimony looks foolish. Our problem today is we can want to look good before people of importance. Paul’s bold stance made him look out of his mind; his character and integrity were more important than his life.
