Being authentic isn't something we can just DO. 

The reason we're afraid to be our true selves in the first place is because of deep emotional wounding as a child.

This runs nervous system DEEP. 

Our instinctual brain runs the narrative of: "if I show my true self, I could be rejected and abandoned".

That isn't something we can just get over.
That is a years long, deep, dark, yet expansive process.

Being AUTHENTIC is the difference between your healthiest self and your most dis-eased self...

Validation. Feeling heard, seen, understood.
This tiny but actually massively powerful concept that affects every part of who we are, and whether we trust ourselves or not.

Do you feel validated in your life by those closest to you?
Do you validate (and therefore trust) yourself? 
Do you validate the experience of others even though you do not 'understand' them? 

If you've lost touch with who you are through invalidation, it's time we rebuild the connection between your gut and your head.
