A new year has come upon us and it's time for us to get ready for a new assignment. God is speaking so we must listen. God is love, God is Joy and God is life and God expects us to give to others what he has given us, love, joy and life. A kind word or a warm smile can make a difference in someone's life. When you hold on to your past, you hinder yourself from receiving the new things God has planned for you. 2 Corinthians says, "Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."  It's time to let go and let God do a new thing in and with you.
