From his cell in the Flossenburg concentration camp, Dietrich Bonhoeffer wrote: "The church is only the church when it exists for others." Unfortunately, many well-meaning Christians fail to see the deep needs of others around them because they suffer from "Roof Tile Syndrome" (Mark 2).
