Now this episode is a little different because we’re speaking to two members of staff, one who’s leaving the school and another who’s stepping into her shoes. I think you know who I’m talking about, we have Sarah Raffray, the outgoing and soon-to-be-missed Headteacher at the school along with Christine Macallister, currently the Deputy Head Academic until Sarah leaves for pastures new.

So in this episode we find out the reasons why Christine’s appointment is so good for the school, how the transition period works, how Christine feels about taking on the new role and what she’s looking forward to about it.
