Outriders gameplay will put cheaters on blast. There will be an Outriders cheater watermark in the game on any players found using cheats. Outriders cheats were not a huge problem in the Outriders demo, but when the main game launches it could hurt the experience of other players. The Outriders demo saw a few bumps and problems that were quickly rectified. Like any game, Outriders will attract players looking to take shortcuts or use cheats to get ahead. People Can Fly have announced that they will be placing a cheater watermark on players who have been found using cheats in the game. They've made good design decisions with respect to some of the potential farming exploits that could hurt a players experience as we saw during the gameplay of Anthem when it launched. It's good to see them taking steps toward name and shaming cheaters as so many companies seem to be weak on aggressive tactics toward cheaters in their games.
