Jamie Cornehlsen watched his mutual fund fall from $219 million to $33 million, and he calls it the most expensive education of his life. The business had hit a ceiling, and the fix he eventually found through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) came down to getting the right people into the right seats.
In this conversation with JMan and Jeffrey Scott Stanton, Jamie traces a problem-solving instinct that started at age eight, when he sold coffee and donuts to drivers stuck in the 1979 gas lines, all the way to his work today helping leadership teams find the answers that are already in the room.

- Why growth stalls when your team was built for a smaller version of the company, and how to see it before you lose key clients
- How the EOS Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) process moves leadership teams past symptoms to the root issue
- What 76 calls to land a single financial advisor taught Jamie about sales and the fear of picking up the phone
