Each semester, the University of South Florida picks three outstanding graduates – one from each campus.  While many of their stories are remarkable, the honoree for the Tampa campus for the Fall semester has a story that needs to be heard to be believed. It’s a story of a student who packed education achievements, athletic performance, community service, scientific research and her own recovery from heart surgery into three and a half years of college.
