Today's guest is Oveck, a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City with a huge Instagram following and plenty of success in the NFT space, selling multiple pieces to well-respected art collectors from all over the world! His career began as a musician years ago, which gave him the opportunity to perform in some of the most legendary venues in New York City, Chicago, Washington, and Miami Beach, among others. In 2007, he fell in love with photography while working in a photo studio in New York City, sorting through negatives, retouching those pictures, and being exposed to many photographers and their techniques. It was then that his love for photography began. His work has attracted the eyes of clients such as American Express, Tourism boards, and Sony - who invited him to be an ambassador in 2016. These days, he's transitioned to digital painting and animation where he found a new world of possibilities, while still focused on his love of photography. We talk about everything from his early realization that Instagram had potential to smart contracts, to orange wine and our shared love of dogs.
