On September 30, 2020, eight women gathered to do a Facebook live panel discussion joining the world's celebration of International Podcast Day. This purposeful band of ladies aged 40 up to 70 proved that podcasting and podcast guesting include all of us. The podcasters and podcast guests' panel revealed the power of podcasting, and those inclined to launch a podcast past age 40 tell stories of impact beyond first sight. Podcast guesting was a subject. The ladies (all entrepreneurs) discussed how guesting and sometimes linked to their podcast positioned them as experts, set them to be a magnet for their customers, clients, and offered a trail magnifying their consistency and established knowledge base.
