In this episode Millie chats with Nikki Matthews who at 40 years of age has overcome a raging eating disorder to become the first age group female in the 2021 NZ IronMan and 4th in her age group at the IronMan world championships.They discuss the New Zealand mental health system, the importance of lived experience and the role that IronMan played in her healing journey.
