Are you feeling anxious about your anxiety? I call it "Anticipatory Anxiety" and I'm sharing my story about it today!

I pick up my goddaughter from school each week and the amount of "what if's" swirling around in my head beforehand, sometimes gets overwhelming to the point I don't think I can do it.

Like a lot of people, I'm constantly worried about the future. I'm worried about something that might happen rather than about "in the moment" feeling anxious – i.e., anticipatory anxiety.

Even though I know anxiety is just in my mind, it's hard to stop overthinking.

But here's the good news: we can manage our anxious thoughts! It's an ongoing process, but you can do it too. 😊🧡
