I also share how i was a guest on a podcast and shared some traumatic events, and how today, I listened to a friend's podcast and began a downward spiral to the point of feeling like I needed to start over and do my podcast "the right way."

Thankfully, I decided to hit record...and share my feelings and put one foot in front of the other....and work myself back to a place of certainty...that I am on the right path and it's my journey....not anyone else's.
