You don’t have to look far to see how discouragement and depression can weigh on even the strongest believers. Elijah had just experienced a great victory on Mount Carmel, yet within a day he was running in fear, drained, and ready to give up his life. Depression doesn’t mean you are weak or unusable by God; it means you’re human. Discouragement is one of Satan’s sharpest tools, but it does not have to define your life. God offers real hope and strength to help you endure and overcome.
