Discouragement can cause us to feel hopeless. Have you ever gotten sick and felt so discouraged that you asked “will I ever feel normal again?”

Nehemiah hears about God’s city being in ruin and people no longer following God.

He returns to Jerusalem to rebuild the kingdom of God both physically and spiritually.

He faces challenges, struggles, enemies and…you guessed it- discouragement.

But God provides and God uses Nehemiah to overcome all of these challenges, including a discouraged group of people.
