Negativity and frustration are a part of life. Trust me, I've definitely had my fair share of both. Even though we can't always control when these feelings surface, we CAN control how we respond. Today I'm sharing six tips for getting past frustration and negativity, which I tell in light of my experience traveling to Prague in the Czech Republic.
