He's also working with the leadership team to grow the diversity and inclusion initiatives in an effort to shed some light on previously overlooked minority groups within organizations across the board.
Chris has been in the staffing industry just over 10 years. As a minority in the corporate world, he's experienced and witnessed occupational inequalities and vows to make a difference one step at a time.
