We walked through our key pillars of nutrition, training and mindset when recovering from injury 

 

Unfortunately, we have both experienced injuries at different stages throughout our own journies so we speak from experience on this one

 

As we have alluded to in today's episode, the key to recovery is finding a physio you can trust and have a good line of communciation with but these are all things we have found helpful on our own roads to recovery
