One thing that a lot of us have dealt with, at one time in our lives or another, has been insecurities. Sometimes these were birthed at childhood from traumatic experiences or maybe they were formed over time, but no matter how they came to be, it’s still something that many of us carry from day to day. Insecurities come in many forms and although we tend to brush them under the rug, they cripple us in ways unimaginable.
