Today's topic of overcoming: Loneliness.

Today’s guest comes to us from Chicago, Illinois. His mission in life is helping people create lasting and fulfilling friendships and relationships in the hopes of tackling the loneliness epidemic in the world. Growing up, he thought he knew what to do when it came to making friends, and even though he had friends, he still found himself feeling very lonely. Since then, he has dedicated his life to learning how to overcome this obstacle in order to help others overcome their loneliness that comes from not making close friends, because life feels more complete when you have people to share it with. Wouldn’t you agree? He is also a transman, and though being trans is not the crux of his message, he shares it as part of the journey to demonstrate vulnerability which helps build the intimacy needed to develop deeper relationships.
