Today we chat with Courtney McHenry. Courtney is a registered dietitian who shares her story of developing patterns of disordered eating and overexercise during her training. Her journey is one that many will relate to, when "best practices" go to far and suddenly you're left feeling like it's never enough. Learn how she moved away from tracking, counting and over-doing to find her way back to herself, to intutive eating, and back to the forms of movement that actually support her. We also touch on kids, how we can approach food and eating with them to prevent disordered eating patterns, food anxiety and fear.
