Anyone can struggle with anger for a variety of reasons. And those reasons can be understandable and even seem justifiable. But the problem with anger is that it devalues a person in ways we don't even realize. Reacting in an angry way when hardships overwhelm us, doesn't have long-term beneficial results. Rather, it creates layers of negative outcomes especially with family members of any age. This is why it's important we learn how to "put off" angry reactions and "put on" practical ways to respond in a way that is far more effective.
