In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Janice Stevens, LPC. She specializes in serving women who are partners of sex addicts. We discuss warning signs of relationship trauma, gas lighting, different types of sexual addiction, the 3 ways to know if he’s really in recovery, when to decide if separation is appropriate, and how to restore your marriage (if you choose to).
Even if you’re not experiencing relationship trauma, I highly recommend that you listen to this episode and have a courageous conversation with your husband regarding how you’re going to respond to relationship trauma and your non-negotiables (deal breakers).
