What would you tell your younger self if you could give that version of you advice? Today’s episode is a love letter to a younger version of me, who was less sure of themselves and approached life with fear and self doubt over self assurance. Self doubt is normal and we all experience it, but it’s important to face it head on and learn and grow from it.
