On this episode of get in the mode podcast. We have Helen Norris, the VP and CIO from Chapman University based in Southern California. She joins us to talk about the challenges of the pandemic at the university and how technology helped overcome some of those issues. Their internal IT staff had to quickly shift projects and pace to support technologies relating to the student facing side, the back office side and building small tools to meet state guidelines.  From their experience we learned about some of Helen’s approaches to leadership and resource reallocation. Towards the end, Helen also shares some great insight for up and coming CIO’s especially women leaders in technology.
