Tendinitis.. whether that be patellar, achilles,  posterior tibialis.. tendinitis in runners is known as the most common “overuse” injury. But, despite its commonality in so many runners, it does not minimize how debilitating the pain can be, limiting getting some much needed miles in.  In this episode, physical therapist,  Dr. Randi Dahms

Dr. Randi Dahms is a physical therapist, NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and USAC certified cycling coach. She uses her knowledge of injury prevention, movement optimization, nutrition, and mindset, to optimize programming for both experienced athletes and those just beginning to enjoy weight training, endurance training, or both. Randi believes that an individualized approach to training is of utmost importance and is constantly on a mission to bridge the gap between rehab and performance, and break barriers and misinformation that permeates both strength and endurance worlds.
