Our theme this week is overcoming our innate perfectionism. As busy people, we’re bound to be hard on ourselves.   Yet, as I discovered after Teal’s death, perfectionism is just a tired old habit—one that can be ultimately released and discarded.   I begin this show with an easeful essay I wrote back in 2012, On Loving My Imperfection, from my book Surrendering to Joy. Then I add a few updates notes and observations of my own.   May it inspire you to relax, ease the pressure and love yourself more…even when times are tough.   Much love,   Suzanne   PS.
