You’re doing great. Got a set of food rules. Perfectly determined to follow them. Then, all of a sudden, seemingly out of nowhere you hear this little voice inside you that says “F* It, Just Do It!” and you throw everything out the window. Sometimes you get back on track right away, but more often the “F* It” Squeal is followed by the “F* It Again!” Squeal, sometimes for days, weeks, or even months on end. What in the world can we do about this? How are we ever to recover if the next case of the “F* Its” is always right around the corner? Hmmmmmmm?
