In 2010  Keisha graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Communication and immediately went to work in Advertising Account Management at Facebook. Even though she had landed a dream job at a prestigious tech company in Silicon Valley, she quickly realized that desk life was not her jam. It was around this time that her love for fitness started to blossom. In 2013, she decided to pursue her passion for health and wellness full time and has not looked back since.
