Calvin Krainock joins us for sexual assault awareness month to tell his story of being publicly assaulted as a high schooler by his baseball team. He gives hope to trauma victims and advice for healing and advocacy for change, especially addressing male sexual assault victims. 

Police officer, Brad Troyer, also gives us self-defense techniques and strategies to avoid and fight back when we may be attacked by a stranger.
